President of Ladurée since 1993, David Holder works only with emotion, different encounters, loves at first sight ... In a word, he is all about "gourmandise". Visionary and instinctive, his philosophy combines creativity, emotion and tradition to give a very personal definition of the French art of living.

Julien Alvarez

 

Julien Alvarez is Ladurée's International Pastry Chief. He relies on his know-how acquired at the Peninsula, the Café Pouchkine and the Hôtel Bristol in Paris as a pastry chief to preserve the identity and uniqueness of Maison Ladurée, while adapting it to the changing expectations of customers. Ethical sourcing, balance in pastry creations, highlighting of artisanal work and consolidation of Ladurée's international development are the challenges he takes up every day.
